On December 16, 2024, at the New Youth City Promotion Event in Shanghai for Wuxing District, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, Guangdong Aofei Theme Culture Technology Co., Ltd. and Wuxing District Transportation and Tourism Investment Group officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking the beginning of their joint efforts to create a one-stop, diversified green ecological animation-themed cultural tourism destination in the Xisaishan National Tourist Resort of Wuxing District, Huzhou, centered around the core of national animation IP culture and integrating the local cultural characteristics of Huzhou.
It is reported that the Huzhou Aofei Dreamland project has a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion yuan, including the first phase Aofei Children's Dreamland, the second phase Aofei Theme Culture Town Resort, and the third phase Aofei Theme Mountain Exploration Area. The Aofei Children's Dreamland, which is about to start, has a total investment of approximately 556 million yuan (excluding land prices) and covers an area of about 148 mu (about 98666.67 sq.m). The project planning integrates globally renowned IPs such as "Super Wings", "Armor Hero", "Balala The Fairies", and "Mengji Team" under Aofei Entertainment with the local culture of Huzhou, and relies on the regional resource endowment to create a new type of family-friendly micro-vacation park that combines cultural experience, family leisure, theme amusement, and theme performances.
