As a vital project within the Changchun International Movie Metropolis (CC Int. Movie Metropolis), the development of the second phase of Movie & Television Cultural and Creative Incubator Park (Wanda Mall) has reached a significant milestone. The project is set to establish a cutting-edge “business + sports” cultural tourism destination in Changchun.
According to sources, the second phase of Movie & Television Cultural and Creative Incubator Park (Wanda Mall) project primarily encompasses a snow and ice photography base, a movie and television incubator base, and an outdoor sports park. The snow and ice photography base, spanning 5,000 sq.m, is set to feature a year-round indoor ski resort with a significant drop and a ultra-long pistes. To date, the main structure of this photography base projects has been completed up to 12 layers, with 50% of the slide layer finished.
The Incubator Park will house the fourth generation of Wanda Plaza, including a sprawling 5,000 sq.m indoor tropical rainforest atrium, a sports complex, a children’s theme park, a small theater and more. Currently, the secondary structure, rough decoration, and roofing of the basement have been completed to a remarkable 95%.
Covering over 60,000 sq.m, the outdoor sports park is projected to include illuminated basketball courts, soccer fields, and other ball activities, as well as a variety of outdoor leisure projects for all ages, such as LOHAS runway, climbing maze. In addiction, it will also offer outdoor trend sports, including karting and skateboarding.
