The "Fantasy Pu'er, Joyful World" amusement park project commenced with a groundbreaking ceremony on the morning of October 11 within the Tianqianqing community of Manlian, Nanping Town, Simao District, Pu'er, Yunnan Province. It is reported that the amusement park is a comprehensive investment project with a total investment of 200 million yuan, occupying an area of 58.7 mu (approximately 39,130 square meters) in its first phase. The project integrates various facilities such as an amusement park, water park, unpowered amusement park, zoo, botanical garden, biodiversity exhibition hall, and science education centers. It is designed to incorporate local flora and fauna of Pu'er, ethnic cultural elements, and the local IP "MAIYO" of Simao District, showcasing the cultural individuality of the project. Notably, "Fantasy Pu'er, Joyful World" is the first large-scale amusement park in Pu'er,
which will become an iconic urban landscape and a window for the city's image upon completion. It is anticipated to serve as a prime location for public leisure and entertainment, contributing to the synchronous and harmonious advancement of both economic and social benefits.
